Panax notoginseng flower tea is an herbal tea made from the dried flower buds of Panax notoginseng. The flowers are harvested, dried, and shaped into hemispherical, spherical, or umbrella-like forms. They typically measure 5 to 25 mm in diameter, with flower stalks ranging from 5 to 45 mm in length. The stalks are cylindrical, often curved, and have fine longitudinal ridges.

Brewing Methods
Soaking in Warm Water: Add an appropriate amount of Sanqi flower to warm water and let it steep.
Hot Water Infusion: Pour water above 80°C (176°F) over the flowers, cover, and steep for 5 to 10 minutes before drinking.
Simmering: Gently simmer the flowers in a small pot to improve their digestibility and reduce bitterness.
