Black Buckwheat Tea is a healthy beverage made from pure, high-altitude, pollution-free black buckwheat grown in cold mountainous regions. Black buckwheat belongs to the *Polygonaceae* family and gets its name from its dark-colored husk. The dried seeds are roasted and processed into tea.  

Rich in flavonoids, chlorophyll, protein, and various minerals, Black Buckwheat Tea is known for its antioxidant properties, helping to eliminate free radicals and slow aging. It is also high in dietary fiber, which supports digestion and gut health.
