Jasmine Silver Needle is a type of floral tea that combines the fragrance of jasmine flowers with high-quality white tea. Its base tea is typically **Bai Hao Yin Zhen (Silver Needle)**, a premium white tea known for its slender, needle-like tea buds and rich floral aroma. By repeatedly scenting the tea with fresh jasmine flowers, the tea absorbs their fragrance, creating a unique jasmine silver needle with a fresh, fragrant aroma and a smooth, lingering aftertaste.

The base tea, Bai Hao Yin Zhen, features long, needle-like tea buds covered in silvery white hairs, giving it a high level of visual appeal. The aroma of Jasmine Silver Needle blends the sweet, fresh fragrance of jasmine with the delicate, light aroma of white tea. The jasmine scent is pronounced yet natural, not overpowering or artificial, while the white tea's subtle "hao" (fuzz) aroma complements the floral fragrance, creating a complex and layered bouquet.

In terms of taste, Jasmine Silver Needle is fresh, sweet, and subtly floral. The tea is light and smooth, with a clear, transparent brew and a lingering sweetness that doesn't overwhelm. It's perfect for those who enjoy a delicate and refreshing flavor profile. The tea liquor is pale yellow or light golden in color, clear and bright, while the leaves retain the integrity of the original Silver Needle with a soft, yellowish hue and a flexible texture.

Actual colors of the tea may vary somewhat from pictured. Purchase the smallest amount to try before purchasing larger amounts.

2. Assist in enhancing immunity
White tea is rich in amino acids, vitamin C and minerals, which can enhance the body's immunity, help improve resistance and prevent the occurrence of diseases.

3. Assist in improving cardiovascular health

4. Assist in promoting digestion
White tea helps improve gastrointestinal function and promotes digestion and absorption of food. It has a certain antibacterial effect and can relieve gastrointestinal discomfort and indigestion.

5. Assist in reducing fat and losing weight
The tea polyphenols in white tea can help break down fat and promote fat metabolism, so it has a certain fat-reducing effect, which helps control weight and prevent obesity.

6. Assist in protecting the liver
The various natural substances contained in white tea have the effect of resisting liver damage, which can help reduce the burden on the liver, protect liver cells, and promote liver health.

7. Assist in improving skin health
The antioxidants in white tea can promote skin repair, reduce ultraviolet damage to the skin, help maintain skin elasticity and luster, and delay aging.

8. Assist in promoting blood sugar balance
Some studies have shown that white tea helps regulate blood sugar levels, enhances insulin sensitivity, and has a certain effect on the prevention and auxiliary treatment of diabetes.

9. Assist in relieving stress and relaxing the mood
The fragrance and mild taste of white tea can help relieve daily stress, soothe the nervous system, relax the body and mind, and help improve sleep quality.

10. Assist in protecting oral health
The natural ingredients in white tea have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, which can reduce the growth of bacteria in the mouth and prevent oral problems such as tooth decay and periodontal disease.

Important Note:
While tea offers numerous health benefits, it should not replace medications for treating diseases. It is also important to consume it in moderation, as drinking too much strong tea can cause side effects like insomnia or gastrointestinal discomfort. Pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and individuals with insomnia should consult a doctor and drink the tea cautiously based on their specific conditions.

Delicious jasmine silver needles! Creamy and floral. Very refreshing. Can also be enjoyed cold.

I've had this exact tea from a different supplier and fell in love immediately. I've always loved jasmine, but felt it was never enough of it. This tea does it for me, it's so jamsine-y, I sometimes feel I'm drinking a herbal tea LOL. The white tea itself actually has quite a complex flavor profile too, so pay close attention!

Really nice tea, but the leaf’s flavor is just so overshadowed by the jasmine.

This was my first time trying jasmine silver needles and it did not disappoint. The jasmine was strong and intoxicating, in a good way. Velvety smooth floral character and easy to drink.

I adore this tea! It's my favorite to make for friends and family. It has an incredible aroma which makes the whole process of making it a great experience. The flavor is so delicate while not being underwhelming. Overall, I highly recommend this tea if you like the smell of jasmine and the flavor of a great quality white tea.
