Wuyi Mountain "Gui Hua Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong" or "Osmanthus Lapsang Souchong" Black Tea

Osmanthus Lapsang Souchong is a flavored tea that combines osmanthus flowers with Lapsang Souchong black tea. Lapsang Souchong, also known as Zhengshan Xiaozhong, originates from the Tongmu Village in Wuyishan, Fujian Province, China. It is considered the ancestor of black tea.  

Osmanthus (scientific name: Osmanthus fragrans) is an evergreen shrub or small tree that blooms in autumn. Its flowers range in color from creamy white to yellow and orange-red, emitting a rich, sweet fragrance. In China, osmanthus is commonly used in pastries, candies, and wine.  

By blending osmanthus with Lapsang Souchong, the tea retains the rich, full-bodied taste of black tea while adding a delicate floral aroma.
