This is a wonderful green tea of top quality. It is packaged professionally. Also, Yunan Sourcing shipped my order with out any issues.

I brewed mine for 15-20 seconds and got the flavor that is bold and nutty, smooth and satisfying. I overbrewed for my wife, not on purpose and she did not like it bitter one big. My bad :)

I brewed this tea using my gaiwan and found this tea to have a wonderful aroma and tasty initial brew, yet unlike say, the Lu Shan Yun Wu, this tea looses it's potency and flavors quickly with subsequent brews. The first two brews are quite good with an nice almost floral aroma but it dissipates quickly unfortunately.

The warm dry leaf smells like sweet buttered corn. When wetted it smells even more intense of sweet buttered corn but with a slight yellow squash note as well. Very mouth watering scent. Taste also has slight corny sweetness with butter. However more vegetal notes come through like eggplant and yeah squash. I also detect fried zucchini flowers with a touch of black pepper. The most prominent base note is chestnuts. Was able to brew for many infusions to the point that I ran out of water in my kettle. It continued to produce sweet water. Would buy again.
