Love this tea. Very uncommon combination of flavors and the sweet/nutty combination has brought me back for more. I've found it can be tough to get this one quite right though when steeping. Can get bitter and astringent if overdone or use too many leaves. I've tried 5g / 100ml / 185d for 10, 20, 30, 45s, 60s and that seems to give the most reliable results, though the best flavor has come from 3g / 250ml / 185d / 2min -- anyone have a steeping recommendation that they love? |

This tea reminds me of a high quality white tea. It tastes really sweet and have a nice subtle feel to it. |

I've found this tea's flavor becomes more pronounced once it has cooled down a while after steeping. Crisp and light tea. I imagine it would be best served chilled / cold brew on a summer afternoon. (Actually have the 2017 harvest, but I'm sure this is still true) |
