I didn't enjoy this tea as much as the last year's harvest. It still has a nice fragrance, but the taste just isn't there.

Granted, I don't have the most refined palate but I brewed 5 grams/100 ml and the second and third infusions blew me away. As true to the title, it is like a jasmine garden just exploded in my mouth. I lost count at how many infusions I got out of it but this is certainly a special tea and very memorable.

So much has already been said about this wonderful buttery/fruity/astringent/mineral tea. Energizing: it floods the nose with alyssum, honey, and dogwood, steep after steep, with long lasting flavor. This is a tea I would use to introduce a cognac drinker to fine teas.

It was very tasty!
