This tea is really, REALLY rich in flavor. It has floral, honey, caramel notes. And it does well with multiple steeps. |

Flavorful, complex, and strong. The main notes for me are chocolate, dry apricots and some dark caramel; I call it "Parmesan Tea" because the flavor stays long in the mouth. This one definitely can replace a glass of a good red wine for me because of richness and complexity but without alcohol. |

I probably should wait to review this until I've had another session. 15s at 90C first steep was amazing - sweet caramel, malteaser squares, digestive biscuits, vanilla cheesecake, walnuts, soft white oak. However, from the second step, the flavours really fused and gave an overall dry wood feel, losing a lot of the nuance and all top notes. Second steep was 20s at 90C and from that point onwards the session was underwhelming. I think very gentle may be the way to go with this one. |

Nice black tea. Keeps it's taste for a loooong time. |
