This tea needs a little bit longer infusions to bring out its full potential. What I enjoyed the most is the grounding and centering effect. Fits well with afternoon meditative mood.

This cake has little bit higher price and it's totally worth it. There is solid dark taste with a bit of roatsted nuts and it brings many brews.

A ripe pu erh that brews exceptionally smoothly. The scent of this tea reminds me specifically of dried persimmons, which triggers in me a very particular sense of nostalgia that's extremely pleasant. Taste is earthy, nice if a bit generic, and the brew darkens fast which prompts me to do shorter initial steeps. This cake would probably mature well and gain further complexity but it says a lot that this tea has become such a good daily drinker that it won't last long enough for aging. Oh well.

Not sure what to put here... I had multiple samples and misplaced my notes. I do know this wasn't one of the two that got a definite thumbs down, so it brewed multiple steeps well and had good strong flavor.
