It works. It works. It works. Like the Huang Jin Gui it is creamy and soft when dry, full of a pastery with butter aura. On the liquid it goes full Tie Guan Yin. Mulberry and silkworms all the way, with all its floral extravaganzas, but whith those cream notes remaining on the after taste. It's the best of both worlds. |

This distinctive oolong is exceptional. I get a vegetal aroma on brewing with a strong floral/fruity taste. Stands up well across infusions. |

AAA grade or imperial grade teas are always expensive but too a top quality. This Jin Guan Yin is a little less fermented than the Tie Guan Yion and is a very subtle delicious tea - to be kept for great moments ! |
