I got started on green tea, as many have probably, with these little gems. Of late the ones I've found in my local shops are of dubious quality - harsh, bitter, and too flowery. These "Imperial" pearls set the matter straight. This is the way these are meant to behave: slow opening, subtle flavor emerging gently over several infusions.
