This is my favorite tea. It has a full, wide flavor and great mouth feel. You can make it strong without it getting too biter. I drink this everyday and I have tons and bags of great tea that is getting old because this is all I want to drink anymore.

A strong smoky taste with a bit of an after taste.

I was organizing my cupboards and found this tea which had been forgotten under other things. I figured since it was a couple years old I'd use it up making a batch of kombucha so brewed it up... and the smell was so amazing I couldn't resist having a taste, despite it being 3pm and my body only tolerating one cup of tea per day in the mornings. I not only had that half cup sample, I had another whole cup. I was up most of the night thanks to the caffeine, but I would do it again! No regrets lol. It is just so delicious it was worth ruining my sleep. I have to use a lot of willpower to not keep making pot after pot of it now that I found it. I don't even like sweet, earthy, mellow teas, I like acidic, tannic harsh teas, but this stuff has me hooked somehow even though it's not my type. If it is your type, I bet you will be obsessed with it. Coming back to reorder I expected that it would be super expensive but it's actually a good price, awesome!

I order a wide selection of black tea and oolongs. As always quality was exceptional. It does take time for the delivery to Europe but I always order a lot and a bit in advance. This is the source for my teas.

Very good black tea. I've been alternating this tea with a few others from YS since my package arrived, and so far this is my third favorite overall, and second favorite black tea, first being the Yunnan "Black Gold", which I rate as excellent.
