Tasty tea that taste like a chocolate brownie. Shipping took a long time. |

Love this stuff, it’s rich, caramelly, and nutty with a big malty grape nuts note on the nose. On the palate it’s wide and sweet, roasted without being burnt or Smokey tasting, chocolatey, lively. This one doesn’t get bitter. Seems like a lot of stems, perhaps much like the process for kukicha or hojicha. If you like them this is right up your alley, but a bit nicer I believe. Don’t expect to get a dozen good steeps, six maybe, still delicious and great with a sweet cookie or cracker |

One of my favorite teas. I like to stock up for summer time and make this cold brewed, or steep it and chill. It's also great as a hot tea. A bit of what I would say a charcoal taste. Not bitter, but astringent...or maybe there's a better word for it. Crisp? lol Anyway, what a great tea! I do like the offer of 10% off when reviewing as well...but it's always for puerh, and I don't drink enough puerh to ever really use the 10% off. Still like giving reviews though. :) |

Long lasting dark golden tea with a subltle floral aroma. Bright, brisk with notes of creme caramel, nasturtium, orris and hazelnuts. Stong overall mouthfeel that lingers and almost demands an additional steep. Have the Imperial version to try but this tea is definately on my re-purchase list. |

I love this tea. I've bought 2 kilo's so far. I drink it every day. |
