Very strong vegetal flavour on the initial infusion, which mellows out into a more subtle but still distinct flavour with subsequent steeps. Significantly different from most Green teas I've had - much more "aggressive" and forward without being overly bitter. Something a little different to spice up your green tea rotation, this would fit nicely with savoury Japanese greens or sharper greens like Gunpowder.

I can’t say enough great things about Laoshan green tea. It never disappoints this vegetal loving green tea drinker. It’s up at the top of my favorite greens. The Spring 2022 first flush is exceptionally fresh & delicious with the vegetal notes I enjoy. 5 STAR PERFECT!!

Tastes great. It’s much better than the Lipton teas I buy.
