My first experiment with this tea: I brewed 4 g of tea in Gaiwan. It gives 7 infusion of constant taste without bitterness. The taste is without sweetness, it almost reminds me of „salinity“, but it's not disturbing. The taste of tea and especially the scent reminds me of the aroma of freshly baked bread. This tea is not a „classic“ according to my experience, but it is very pleasant, enjoyable tea, especially for the price.

I have been purchasing this Dian Hong since 2017 and it's my go to Dian Hong Black tea! Smooth, sweet, malty and vibrant! The tea color is orange-red and pleasing. Very easy on my stomach too (unlike some other black teas).

I absolutely love this Dian Hong. It has a robust flavor that's complex with little bitterness. A thicker texture with some light toasty flavors and sweetness. I will definitely be ordering this again.

This was a really good morning tea for the last spring on lockdown here. Wakes you up with a nice clean brisk flavor that changes in pleasant ways during a session.
