Very bright and floral flavors. Has a slight spice or pepper character. Very good tea. |

Sweet flowers smile emanates from the dry leaf. It's like a garden and you're standing in the middle of it. An overpowering smell. Wet Leaf smells similar but it stronger with a hint of rain. As far as smell goes it's one of the best smelling teas that I've ever smelled. Has a taste of flower like chamomile. A hint of dryness to it. A mineral taste. Corn but not as sweet. Really enjoyed this Oolong tea. Brewed at 205 fahrenheit / 96 celsius. Each infusion I add 5 seconds till I get to 50 seconds. Then I brew one minute. |

Scott's description above pretty much sums it up. This tea could easily be mistaken for a Tie Guan Yin. It has a ver similar mouthfeel (thick and lubricating) with wonderful aromatics. Warm your teaware and drop in some leaves, wow - super aromatic! Floral and sweet. If you like Tie Guan Yin and lighter oolongs, you will love this. Good Cha Chi feel as well. Uplifting. I have served this tea to multiple people over the last few weeks and I will be ordering more! |
