Very superb taste, very good mouth feel. Incredible floral aroma, pours a nice clear golden. A solid Oolong. |

Tasting notes: very floral great Dan Cong Brewing parameters: 8g/150ml, 95C, 20s->+5s (keep the first brew to drink last) The best Chou Shi processed Dan Cong I've tasted so far. Can't say that it is very complex, but for sure is very different compared to the typical Dan Cong. If you want to try a Cou Shi, then get this |

I'm new to Oolong's but decided to add this one to my big YS order because it was recommended by friends + the reviews are great. Well, it's a great tea. To me, it's like an interesting mix between a green and raw pu-erh or a white cake. I can't get as many brews from it as from a pu-erh but the 4-5 brews it does give me (around 90c and 0,5-1-2min) are very nice in both depth of taste and freshness. I like to drink this one when I'm not in the mood for a pu-erh but still wish for something a bit more substantial than a leafy green. All in all, it's been a pleasantly curious intro to the world of Oolongs for me. 4/5, great! |

The tea was very good and definitely had a very floral aroma to it. The taste is not overbearing and sticks to the tongue in a good way. You can get several brews from this tea. Another important note to this tea is the aftertaste is something floral like Gardenia flowers. |
