Still trying to figure out how to drink this tea. I would say this is much worse than any other Tie Guan Yin I have tried, even low quality stuff. I actually like smoked teas, so I'm puzzled why I don't like this one.

This is similar in taste and texture to a good quality Japanese Hojicha. Its sweet and mellow with a soft mouth feel and a calming qi. The smokey quality adds a warm and cozzy nuance but is not overbearing in any way.

trried this chvrcoal roasted tea first time, but it is such a pleasure. really loved it! recommend!
