This is, without a doubt, one of my favorite oolongs. The initial aroma resembles that of burnt honey. The early brews boast notes of nutmeg, dry leaves, and maple syrup that fade into chocolate and toffee. Subsequent brews reveal flavor of coffee, toasted nuts, pecan, giving way to notes of tobacco and moss. It sounds strange to say, but I find this tea to be so comforting and cozy. There are some teas I find to be enlightening, profound or complex. This tea is not like that. This tea is comforting and warm and safe. I would recommend this tea to anyone.

Don't be fooled - the brew from this leaf is very strong (as I hoped) - even if the tea seems to be light. Best Oolong I've ever had.

This begins with the chocolatey and caramel roasted notes you'd expect from an old style tgy... And then leaves you with surprising light florals at the end.... Satisfying and surprising
