Delicious

I really love this "tea." I put a scoop in a tumbler and refill several times. It reminds me a bit of the flavor of sugar smacks, loved as a child. I'm more likely to drink this than plain water, so I'm hydrating better, and it's soothing. Careful though, it was my gateway to puerh, and dood, I'm developing a drinking problem. Kidding, kinda. Still, this stuff is great. You can eat the buckwheat when you're done, but I give it to my chickens.

In recent cost cutting effort I bought 'Tartary Buckwheat' from Amazon. I still haven't finished it. Not so great. Maybe some people prefer it with a burnt, less complex flavor. Yunnan Sourcing always comes through with the best products. This is such a comforting drink at time of day.
