This tea has a good taste but you need at least twice as much tea to get a similar density of flavour as with other Puer of similar age and price. I liked it, but for the price would likely buy another tea next time. |

I’m new to pu-erh and was pleasantly surprised with this tea. I really enjoyed the flavor. |

This is now my primary drink at work and at home, although I have dozens of teas to select from. Very smooth. |

The taste and smell of the tea (brewed) reminds me of the smell of sunflowers, mild light soysauce, and very mildly of nougat. Interesting flavor over all. The nuggets were rather large, so I broke some of the larger pieces (I know it's not recommended to break cha tou, but, oh well). I noticed that there were some "golden flower" bloom in the nuggets like in hei cha. |

I've used to boil some very 'persistent' hei cha. So I used boiling method with this Lao Cha Tou too. It was very yummy, and I boiled those nuggets three times with good results. |
