Was my first time trying a "fresh" (only been aged for a good year) shou mei and it tastes very different than the aged ones! Like world appart. It was a pleasant surprise. Soup is rich and taste is more vegatal, but still round. Very few high notes. I really like it. Easy drinker for beginners and pros alike. The price make this one a no-brainer.
