Amazing!!!

I didn't know much about white tea until I bought this cake. Mellow nice sweet flavor. The cake breaks apart easily without a struggle. My experience with this tea cake has turned me onto white tea more.

Nice, aged and fresh at the same time. Calming sweet cocoa, and floral with light citrus note. I think I'll order some more.

The body, substance, and sweetness of a good aged Shoumei but with the complexity and some of the high notes of a Baimudan. So basically everything I tend to look for in a Gongmei.

This white tea had a great range of flavors and depth to it. I would highly recommend. The description Scott says of sweet, unami and slight vegetal taste are right on the mark. The tea has great complex flavors that I have found in older white teas. I will be purchasing a cake to consume right now!
