Darker brew than the only turtle I have had so far. Fortunately I like it darker. The wait was long but worth it. I like the taste and the price. My experience with Wu Yi teas is, that their taste evolves for better with time, so it tastes real nice now and I expect even more.

Enjoyable well-rounded oolong. Strong earthy flavor, smokey, with notes of chocolate, sweet potato, and tobacco.

Just seasoned it, now starting to experiment with some infusions, but I'm not expert enough to judge the quality of the clay itself. The lid is tight, the surface shiny and the proportions are very beautiful. I tried all the tricks commonly used to test the goodness of yixing teapots and it passed them all (stopping the pour by covering the hole in the lid, blocking the spout and verify that the lid don't fall off when the full teapot is flipped, etc). So far I'm very satisfied of this purchase, I would definetly reccomend it!

Love these mineral oolongs- this is a new favorite. Perfect balance of flavor, toasty and sweet with the ability to go for many flushes and lovely gold color. Really glad I picked up a good amount to last a few seasons.

Incredible smell. Fruity, creamy, candy flavor, sweet after taste.
