The Aroma! Definitely take a moment to soak in the aroma from this tea, it is just fantastic. Then the flavor, I love it so much. Great roasted notes, but it is so unique. Highly recommend.

Tested this out in a Gaiwan- it is absolutely lovely! Incredibly mineral, with strong notes of rosewater and honey. A little bit of astringency but no bitterness- just the kind that makes you want to sip a little more tea.

This is excellent oolong, a lot of perfume and body with an original taste, sweet honey end and also mineral with nuanced development in the mouth

It was a gift, but the recipient has praised everything I sent her.
