This is my first time trying longjing and it was a fantastic introduction! It's sweet and nutty upfront with an undercurrent of savory bitterness that balances it out. Reminds me of cashews, amaretto, and star anise. Sipped from a gaiwan over 4 infusions. While the first infusions are my favorite, each one I had after was quite wonderful.

This Long Jing has a strong and really nice aroma and taste. I'll definitely buy this tea again.

I got a couple of the yunnan black teas. I want to sample the most popular ones to see which one I like the most. I love the malty/chocolate/honey notes.
