Solid relatively cheap dragon well

This is the one tea that I make sure I never run out of. My favorite green tea and my daily drinker for at least the past three years.

I bought four styles. Longjing/Dragon Well is pictured upper right. Please note that being one of the teas only briefly processed (early pan seared for minimal oxidation), the tannins are easily discernible.

8/10! The deep umami creates a gorgeous balance with the delicate sourness and grassy sweetness! Unexpected to find a Long Jing this good!
