Well-packed. I didn't have any teaware in my order, so glass couldn't have been broken. But I really liked the packaging and the grade of tea. Overall great experience but delivering time was a bit high.

My favorite (aside from the Cozy Shou PuErh) in the “first steps” package. Sweet, apricot, great lingering aftertaste. Will be ordering more.
