A very unique tea that tastes like a cross between a Chinese Dragonwell Long Jing and a Japanese Sencha. Nutty, sweet and fresh on one hand umami and creamy on the other. The predominant flavours are vegetal, grassy savoury and nutty.

Can get a little bitter if not brewed properly, but the taste is AMAZING. Dry leaves smell of seaweed, wet leaves smell almost like a chili (in a good way). Pungent and delicious
