Gorgeous color and subtle flavor. I'm new at green tea so still learning. I'm pleased I don't have the acid feeling with typical grocery store brands.

Tai Ping Hou Kui is a new favorite! It’s like drinking springtime. I appreciate that YS product descriptions are so clear and informative. It makes selecting purchases very easy.

The aroma is very strong. I love smelling the tea pot after first putting it in. It is a very strong green tea flavor. Very umami in the first steeps as well. The long leaves make for an unusual style of brewing that I'm not used to. People use grandpa style a lot, I've heard, but I am a gong fu style drinker mostly. Just pour the water over the leaves and bend them over while counting in order to gong fu brew.

With these large leaves, it's so easy to Grandpa brew with. Easily became my go to. Such a great tea to sit back and relax with while partaking in hobbies! I recommend this tea whenever I can

Tai ping hou kui: leaf brilliant green long and flat. Unique shape. Liquor pale green but darker than Lu an gua pian. Taste marvelous full yet light vegetal flavor.brewed at 180 F. For 3 min and a nice 2nd steep also
