This is a lovely tea I appreciate especially during the cold time of year. The 8685 ripe is of uniformly high quality and the subtle addition of tangerine flavour only adds to the experience. Depending on my mood, I tend to leave the rind in one big piece, or break it up into smaller ones to enhance the citrus taste of the tea soup. |

I'm not usually the biggest big fan of ripe pu-erh, but found this very pleasant with the addition of the citrus flavour from the peel. Definitely worth trying out. |

I stumbled upon this exact tea when I was in China several years ago. At first it had an unusual flavor but I drank it anyways. Now it is my go-to puer tea which I drink at least 3-4 days per week. It has a lovely amber color with a refreshing taste. I always feel healthy after drinking this tea. My (Chinese) wife says it has medicinal value. Whatever the case, I'm please to find it on line here where I am about to stock up my supply. |

This is my favorite tea. Less earthy then normal pur eh and something that I can enjoy regularly at a reasonable price. |

Very good balance between the fruit aroma and the ripe puerh. The tangerine, though very present as described, doesn't overwhelm the shu taste. No need to use the peel. This grade allows many steeps, either gong fu style or longer . One of the best I've ever tasted so far. |
