Tasting notes: smooth honey & citrus, some grainy flavor from the stalk, can be brewed infinitely, low 5*

Really enjoyed drinking this on Christmas morning. I tried to use my 120ml Gaiwan but it was too small. Moved it to my larger teapot and it fits much better. Really strong citrus taste that is good. 10/10 would recommend

Marvelous in winter escpecially

pretty nice mix with a pleasant taste. It is said that it can be brewed more than once, but for a German person this is pretty unclear. We brewed it 3 times; It was indeed taste and colour in the water, but obviously it's difficult to store it/dry it in between..

The tangerine peel really dominates, the tea doesn't offer much. There is definitely an aged taste that, while not unpleasant, is similarly one-note. The rice stalk and the tea itself are barely expressed here. I still thought it was an okay tea, and very handy for grandpa-style when you don't want a lot of caffeine buzz later in the day
