I have been drinking the silver needle tea from JInggu, but decided to give this version from Fuding a try. The leaves are smaller, and retain their green color, perhaps due to there being fewer or less developed silvery trichomes. The taste is really pleasant, more floral, vegetal and bid less woody tasting than the JInggu version. I am liking this tea more and more as I drink it and will be ordering more!

The acidity is bright and refreshing. A play of flavors: apples, sunflower.

Light floral and grassy, with some sweetness.

High end white tea with subtle flavors.

Delicious, and a very good price for the quality
