Quality DHP, robust and smoky scent.

The tea smells good when you brew it but the taste is rather off. There is an unpleasant bitterness accompanied by the roast aroma. It feels overall quite unbalanced in the palate. Certainly not very premium.

I like the taste of this tea. Not many steeps before flavor diminishes, but there are at least 3 or 4 good cups before a reload is needed. There is a roasted aroma and taste to this tea that I enjoy.

In my opinion, this is the best choice of cultivated (not wild) tea! For how many years I have been ordering it, and there was only one year, 2018, when it was good - all other years it is excellent

It could have just been the batch delivered to me, but there were very few full whole leaves and there was mostly tea dust. I attempted to infuse and it was undrinkable.
