Delicious and smooth. Perfect oolong

My first review of this tea was kind of harsh. I apologize for that. Guys from Yunnan Sourcing advised to let it rest. / Gotta say letting it rest made wonders for it. It's a little different from most Da Hong Pao blends; there is nice florality, sweetness and minerality. All in perfect balance and nicely layered. First infusions reminded me a little of green oolongs, around the middle you can taste the yancha character, and at the end you'll taste the roast, which I gotta say was very elegant, almost like the aftertaste a good cigar leaves in your mouth after exhaling.
