This tea lived up to my high expectations based on reviews i read. What a powerful aroma indeed. As others have mentioned its got that tie guan yin style floral aroma: orchid, lilac. There is a minerality, a savory aspect as well. It tastes like it smells. The flavor is strong and tangible. A potent and concentrated tea.

This tea is delicious! If you like the greener oolongs like tie guan yin or ben shan, this is one you should try. Definitely ordering more! It has a sweet smell and full flavor, but no astringency like the black oolong version.

Extreme floral scent and aroma. Melon, lilac aftertaste. I have tasted a lot of Dancongs but this is the best so far.
