This tea reminds me of a brackish sea spray carried by the wind to a little flowery meadow just nearby. It's saline, floral and mouthwatering, really gorgeous (I brewed it at 90° for the first infusions as it is a very green dan cong but the leaves are younger compared to a tie guan yin).

This Dan cong is wonderful and original. Bears strong resemblance to modern Tie Guan Yins, with a potent and persistent aromatic aftertaste that is almost balsamic. It unites this with the peculiar softness of Duck shit. An excellent tea.

Full-bodied flavor, super unique oolong - subtly sweet and caramel-like. I brew it in advance, let it cool, and store it in the fridge to enjoy throughout the day. It’s also been a perfect tea to entertain with. I use it in my milk teas as well.
