Yellow tea is a lightly fermented tea, further categorized into Yellow Bud Tea, Yellow Small Tea, and Yellow Large Tea based on the size of the buds and leaves. It is one of the six famous teas of China. Varieties of yellow tea include Junshan Yinzhen Tea, Mengding Yellow Bud Tea, Huoshan Yellow Bud Tea, Yuan'an Yellow Tea, Weishan Maojian Tea, Pingyang Yellow Soup Tea, Beigang Maojian Tea, Gongmei Yellow Tea, and Guangdong Da Ye Qing Tea.
